According to this link Major Releases - Axon Reference Guide

“Release 4.5 marks the point where the Kafka Extension moved away from the release candidate state.”

but at the end of the same paragraph:

“As such, the change list for this release is meager but does conclude the ‘release candidate state.’”

I cannot really understand, whether the Kafka Extension “Release Candidate” or “Production Ready” is…

I can be clear and state that yes, we feel the Kafka Extension 4.5 is production-ready.

As I’ve recently updated the release note pages for the extensions, I can share my apologies for the ambiguity in the messaging.

Assume this clarifies Kafka’s Extensions release state!
