Custom Command Gateway - still supported?

With version 4.2, I created Custom Command Gateways for my Aggregates, following the documentation on https://docs.axoniq.io/reference-guide/v/4.2/configuring-infrastructure-components/command-processing/command-dispatching#creating-a-custom-command-gateway

With version 4.4, I cannot find the documentation for CCGs anymore … are they still supported? deprecated? Can/Should I still use them in a new application?
