Hello,
are there any new issues with the Axoniq Console since begin of November? We expercience issues with controlling processors (pause, replay) using the Console. This worked fine last week, but since Monday, Nov 3rd something seems broken. Some processors can be controlled, some not. All we saw is below screenshot, but also only sometimes:
Update: It seems to be related to the automation settings of a processor in the Axoniq Console. For processors where we have enabled load balancing via the console, the replay function in the console no longer works. For processors that don’t have any automation enabled, the replay works.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It seems that one of the processor-related changes in your environment got stuck on an indefinitely waiting lock. We’ve identified the cause, and we will release a new version shortly that will ensure the lock is always released.
We have this lock in place to prevent concurrency problems on processor actions.
For now, I’ve manually unblocked your workspace, and we will be rolling out the fix this afternoon.
@Morlack Something is broken now. In our environment “Test” all processors are now offline. Will this heal after you rolled out the fix as mentioned before?
