Backups and pricing model

Maybe these are two topics…

First of all, great that you offer a cloud based service.
I did a test drive and it worked like a charm.
However, looking at the pricing model, it seems to be based on messages. That sounds logical, however it means literally every message.
Also for resetting projections, all events being replayed add to the number of messages, making a reset possibly pretty expensive. Is this done on purpose?

Second, the backup which is included in this service. How is that reachable? How to align this with the backup of other storages I have? How can I restore?
